You may return items purchased from Twinkleynapo under the following conditions:
- Item must be in its original condition: Unworn, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Return Period: Items must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Non-returnable items: We do not accept returns on final sale or clearance items, gift cards, or items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

- Provide Your Order Details: Include your order number, item(s) being returned, and reason for return.
- Ship the Item: Once your return is authorized, you will receive a return shipping label. Simply pack the item securely and attach the label.
Please note: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return requirements. After that:
- Refund Method: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Processing Time: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to appear in your account after we approve the return.
If your return does not meet the eligibility criteria, we may deny the return or offer an exchange instead of a refund.
4. Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the return process outlined above and indicate the item you wish to receive in exchange. If the new item is more expensive, you will be charged for the price difference.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will provide a return label and either replace the item or issue a full refund. In the case of a defect, Twinkleynapo will cover return shipping costs.
6. Late Returns
Returns made after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund or exchange. We recommend contacting our customer service team as soon as possible if you’re having issues with your return.
7. Promotional Items
Items purchased with a promotional discount or a gift card are subject to the same return policy. However, promotional discounts will be refunded in the same proportion to the value of the returned item.
