We offer various shipping options to suit your needs. The available methods and delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your location. The following are the general shipping methods we offer:
- Standard Shipping: Delivery typically within 5-7 business days after processing.
- Expedited Shipping: Delivery typically within 2-3 business days after processing.
- Next-Day Shipping: Delivery by the next business day after processing (available in certain areas and for certain orders).
Please note that all delivery times are estimates and are subject to change based on factors like order volume, weather conditions, or unforeseen delays.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the following factors:
- Shipping Method: The cost varies depending on the shipping speed you select (Standard, Expedited, or Next-Day).
- Destination: Shipping rates are calculated based on the delivery address (domestic U.S. only).
- Order Size/Weight: Larger and heavier orders may incur higher shipping fees.
Free Shipping: Periodically, we offer free standard shipping promotions on eligible orders. Be sure to check our website or subscribe to our newsletter for updates on such promotions.
3. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders typically take 1-2 business days to process after being placed. This processing time includes order verification, payment authorization, and preparing your items for shipment.
- Shipping Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
4. Shipping Restrictions
- Domestic Shipments: Currently, we only offer shipping to U.S. addresses, including all 50 states and U.S. territories. We do not ship to international addresses at this time.
- P.O. Boxes: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please ensure you provide a valid street address during checkout.
- Military Addresses: We are able to ship to APO/FPO addresses via standard mail; please allow extra time for delivery to military locations.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. You can use this tracking number on the carrier’s website to get real-time updates on your order’s delivery status.
- Track Your Order: To track your order, visit the carrier’s website (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS) and enter your tracking number.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to meet delivery estimates, Twinkleynapo cannot be held responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier-related delays (e.g., weather, high demand during holidays).
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by customers.
- Delays due to external factors, such as public health issues or natural disasters.
In the case of significant delays, we will do our best to notify you and provide updated tracking information.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
- Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
- Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@twinkleynapo.com with pictures of the damaged items. We will assist you with the replacement or refund process.
